RETURN POLICY
Return & Exchange Policy

For customized products:
Customized products will not be returned or replaced.

For common products:
Provide inexpensive high-quality products and efficient service is our company's purposes, therefore we promise to accept customer's return and exchange in 15 days after payment. Here below is policy:

Cancel the order:
1. You can cancel order free within 12 hours after payment. Please send email or contact our online service to cancel.
2. You will be charged 10% fee of total price if you cancel order within 12 hours to 24 hours, it's for labor fee. 
3. You couldn't cancel the order over 24 hours after payment. We have shipped goods to express station, and can't return goods back, please kindly understand.

Return or Exchange the order:
If you receive a wrong or damaged product caused by us, you can return it for free, and get a full refund in 7 days after we receive your return goods. Please contact our online service to deal with it.

In other conditions, please follow below rules to return and exchange.
1. The return or exchange product must be brand new, unworn, tags on, no stain, no any scuff and in their original packaging. If the goods are damaged due to your improper operation, we couldn't accept return and exchange.
2. Please contact us within 7 days to return goods since the date you receive the product. Our email is info@momowholesaler.com. We will reply you at the first time once we receive your email.
3. If you don't like the product, the size doesn't fit you well because you didn't choose a right size at first, or you don't want it for any other reason, you can also return the package. You need to pay the return shipping fee at your own cost.  We'll refund the product price fee ( the total order fee minus the shipping fee).
4. If the returned product value exceed US $80, please choose a safe logistics company. We couldn't do refund until we receive the return.
5. Once we accept your return request, please return the products to our company at the address provided by customer service. We'll begin to process refund or exchange the product for you after receiving the return.

Refund or Exchange:
1. Once we accept your return request, please return the products to the address provided by customer service representative. After we receive the item, we'll do a quality check. If the product condition is as the original condition, we'll start the refund or exchange process. The refund will be completed in 7 working days. Once your refund is approved, your PayPal account or credit card will receive it.
2. If you still have not received a refund, please check your account number or contact your credit card bank account. It may take several business days for your credit card account to announce your refund details.
3. If your refund is delayed or lost, please contact us via email info@momowholesaler.com in time.
